Day 1 of 11 Day Challenge

Welcome to Day 1 of the “Boost your Confidence and Build your Self-Love” Challenge!

Your Challenge for TODAY:

Acknowledging Yourself

This is the most vital part of the journey. Acknowledging your true self. Its realising how valuable you are. How important you are to yourself. This is the way to take control and start living a pretty powerful life. This is how you will bring the shift required to becoming a new beautiful powerful version of yourself.

  1. Create a comfy place to work in. Make this place, if possible, a daily place where you will be working with the 21 Day challenge. Soothing music and a drink to keep hydrated
  2. Find a medium size full picture or mirror
  3. Find a few A4 blank paper and join them together to make one huge sheet
  4. Look at yourself in the mirror. Really look at yourself. Close your eyes and look again
  5. Place the picture of yourself in the middle and now start writing thoughts about your body, head and heart. Jot down every flaw and fabulous thing about you that comes to mind
  6. No judgements, just write what comes up for you. No editing no criticising.
  7. Acknowledging every part of you.
  8. Now look at all that is written: ponder on why do you define yourself as what is written?
  9. Next close your eyes, hear your breathing listen to your heartbeat, sense your body. Do feel the energy of you? Do you sense the power of you? Do you feel the love in your heart? Can you sense the real whole you? Stay here for a few minutes
  10. This may feel strange. Remember you are not defined by your weaknesses or strengths, circumstances, what you look like, can do, know, have, learnt or failed to get or achieve.
  11. You are a powerful important being. See yourself beyond your characteristics or attributes. Visualise your true whole self. Keep this image in mind for the rest of the day. For the rest of the day, close your eyes when you can and see this powerful whole image yourself.
  12. The affirmation for the day: I AM A TRUE REAL WHOLE BEING
