Five Ways to Laugh and Be Happy

Laughter is a mystery. Laughter is more ancient then speech. We love to laugh. It makes us feel good.  Do you remember the giggles, guffaws, sneers, snorts, chuckles? Those great gut busting fits of laughter with friends. There is more to laughing then pure entertainment or fun.  It has healing qualities. Its nature is magical. Its effects powerful. It’s a gift from Mother Nature.  It has been known in ancient & modern world that Laughter is the best medicine.

Five ways to laugh and be happy:

1.    Start smiling again
2.    Watch funny movies and tv programs
3.    Spent time with friends who make you laugh
4.    Do interesting & fun activities that put a smile on your face
5.    Join a dance class or Zumba exercise class

Your smile is lasting. So is your lustre.  But it’s more than a sunny disposition. There’s light behind your eyes and passion in your voice. You’re laughing again.
