Laughter Coaching Training
Become a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader & Laughter Coach!
This course is a life changing experience for all who attend & anyone can attend. It teaches you to put more joy into your life & the lives of all the people you come into contact with. The course is not only for those who want to run laughter sessions/workshops professionally, it is also a very effective & fun course for self-improvement, health & career enhancement. It teaches you techniques that make you more stress resilient.
Learn how to facilitate Laughter sessions which combine gentle yogic breathing and stretching with childlike playfulness, chanting the laughter jingle, clapping and simulated laughter exercises designed to stimulate our natural flow of spontaneous laughter.
The 2 Day Laughter Yoga Leader & Laughter Coach training includes:

- Within three months of training, I will assist you to lead a 30-45 minute Laughter workshop, as on-site training, at a school, retirement home, church, and care-giver or support group of your choice, as mutually agreed upon.
The Laughter Yoga/Coaching Teacher
The course is run by Anjana Lala, a professional Laughter Yoga Teachers who have over 4 years of experience in the field of Laughter Coaching, personal development and laughter facilitation. She is a member of the International Laughter Community.
Anjana has studied in India with the doctor that developed this potent program. She has expanded on this by using research on laughter from world renowned sources to put together a program that is both powerful & exceptional. She has developed an ability to tap into that laughter mechanism deep inside of you & with skill is able to effortlessly awaken your inner spirit of laughter, strength, inner peace & joy.
